I’m Marcelo Specie, a Brazilian art director and designer based in Prague. Specie Designer builds on more than two decades of work across imagery, branding and production.
My experience in photography, print production and advertising developed an eye for both concept and execution. Understanding how an idea takes shape on paper, on packaging or on screen remains central to my work.
Creating the studio gave that experience a clear way of working: staying close to each project, grounding visual decisions in the brand’s context and keeping its touchpoints consistent.

Over more than two decades, I expanded that practice into identities, packaging, campaigns and digital experiences. Working with brands, agencies and makers shaped a view of the whole project, from concept to delivery.

Specie Designer brings that experience together in an independent practice, connecting visual strategy, art direction and execution. Today, I lead the creative work with a focused team and specialists who join according to each project’s needs.

Living and working in Prague added new references to my Brazilian background. That experience informs how I understand each brand and collaborate with clients across different markets.
